My girlfriend and I had quite a rough experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and the location was perfect for getting around, the service was incredibly disappointing. We faced a lot of issues checking in and ended up in an undesirable alternative accommodation after a long journey. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on our experience.
The accommodations are clean and comfortable, with a central location that makes it convenient to access public transport. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and certain basic amenities were lacking. Additionally, service was inconsistent, particularly during check-in.
My experience was quite mixed. The location was convenient, being close to the central transport hubs, and the rooms, while clean and newly built, felt a bit basic with limited amenities. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired, especially after a long journey when nobody was there to help with check-in. Overall, the place has potential but needs improvement in communication and facilities.
